The follow-up engine for founders

The CRM that runs on your goals,
    not your pipeline.

Close your round. Hire your team. Land design partners. Run your customer pipeline. Every contact in WorkToDo belongs to a goal you're working on, with stages, deadlines, and a daily queue of what to do next.

Free for one active goal. No credit card.

WorkToDo Today panel showing overdue tasks, due this week, next actions, and contacts to reach across every founder goal

You don't have a pipeline. You have a list of people you need to move forward.

Folk and Notion give you a contact list. HubSpot gives you a sales pipeline. Founders need something else: a finite goal, a list of humans attached to it, and a clear next move.

Most CRMs gather dust. WorkToDo's Today panel surfaces the smallest set of things you can act on right now: overdue tasks, due actions, stale conversations, deadlines this week. Across every goal, in one place.

    FAQ

    Is this just another CRM?
No. Most CRMs are pipeline tools that founders awkwardly use for fundraising or hiring. WorkToDo treats every goal as the unit of work, with stages, deadlines, and a finite list of contacts to move forward. Closer to a project tracker than a sales tool.
What happens when my round / hire / launch is done?
Mark the goal complete. Its history stays around for context (who you talked to, when, what was said). Start a new goal next time. Templates make new goals trivial.
    Do you read my email?
No. The Calendar integration is read-only on calendar events only. We don't read inbox content, don't index Gmail, don't see attachments. We only see attendee emails on meetings to match them to your contacts.
    What about teams?
Right now WorkToDo is a single-user CRM. Teams are on the roadmap, and every contact, every goal will be sharable with co-founders or co-workers, with proper ownership. If you need this now, tell us.
What stops me from using Notion?
Nothing. Notion works for some founders. WorkToDo wins on (a) the daily queue (Today panel + email digest pulling you back), (b) calendar auto-logging (no manual data entry), and (c) goal templates that ship with sensible stages and prompts so you don't start from a blank canvas.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is WorkToDo?
A goal-first CRM for founders. Every contact lives under a goal you're working on — raising a round, hiring, or finding design partners — and AI voice capture turns a spoken update into a contact, an action, and a deadline. You get a daily queue of who to follow up with.
    Who is WorkToDo for?
Founders running relationship-driven goals: raising a round (investors), hiring (candidates), or finding design partners — people juggling this in spreadsheets and generic sales CRMs.
How is it different from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Traditional CRMs are heavy, pipeline-centric, built for sales teams, and need constant data entry. WorkToDo is organized around goals, captures contacts and follow-ups from voice, and surfaces a daily follow-up queue — so it works for a founder without sales ops.
    How much does it cost?
Free during early access. The only paid offer today is the Day 0 Founders deal — $50 one-time lifetime, first 50 people, which locks in every future feature.
